Date | 14:02:22, August 02, 2007 CET | From | Liberal Party of Solentia | To | Debating the Senate Resolution 9: Civil Liberties Advancement-Progression Act (CLAP Act) |
Message | We support Article 4 only. Although the LPS is pro-civil liberties, laws that are too soft, and too lax will be to the detriment of our nation. Laws need to protect society as a whole from harm, we can see no positive benefits for this change. Xavier Evans, Party Leader |
Date | 20:53:16, August 02, 2007 CET | From | Conservative Party of Solentia | To | Debating the Senate Resolution 9: Civil Liberties Advancement-Progression Act (CLAP Act) |
Message | Absolutely not to Articles 1-3. Need I remind the FIP leadership that it was drugs and alcohol that robbed Solentia of Kevin Sunderland and James Du Chanc, who were friends of the FIP? You will find NO CPS support on this matter. Julia Taylor, Inner Party Leader |
Date | 20:28:01, August 03, 2007 CET | From | Revolutionary Party of the Proletariat | To | Debating the Senate Resolution 9: Civil Liberties Advancement-Progression Act (CLAP Act) |
Message | The SSDP cannot support the breadth of these measures. We can agree on Article 4, but the other Articles are needless and present potential detriments to society. Finn Jacob, SSDP Chairman |
