WHEREAS, the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria and Gao-Soto is diverse in nature and culture

WHEREAS, all people of all religions deserve to be treated as equals

RESOLVED, that the following is to be enacted as law

ARTICLE 1- That no religious organization, no matter what their beliefs are, is to be taxed by the local or federal government.

ARTICLE 2- All religious organizations, no matter what their beliefs are, are allowed to operate schools that are free from regulation.

ARTICLE 3-The National and Local Governments are not allowed to recognize any religion as official or not.
