Message | Absolutely NOT. Have you ever had a family member/friend with a serious illness they were suffering from that couldnt be healed? If you have, didnt you want them to be free from that pain? If you havent, then you have no right to vote no on this. |

Message | Yes, I have. They wanted to spend as much time with their family as possible. I also have several health professionals in my family, so I've seen all the possible angles, it should still be illegal. |

Message | So that is their choice. What about the others? Give them a choice. And I dont beleive your friend/family member was that bad off. I'm talking about serious suffering here. Illegalizing this is just plain RIDICULOUS! I'm sorry to offend but I cant see it any other way. RIDICULOUS! |

Message | Malignent Tumour, please, were you there? Thanks. It should be illegal, it breaks a professional code, how would you like it if your lawyer walked up to the prosecution and said "He did it"? That's a violation of a lawyer's professional code, killing is breaks the Hippocratic (please correct me if I can't spell) Oath, you know, that thing that all doctors WORLDWIDE have agreed to for a couple of centuries now? |

Message | Couple of centuries? Its been accepted for longer than that. Besides IP as said, it is hard to determine true consent when a person is in such a state. Under such a great amount of stress, can we really determine their true consent? |

Message | My grandfather had cancer all over his ENTIRE body. He couldnt speak because it was in his vocal chords. He could barely walk. He had to be on a respirator to breath because it covered his lungs. He ended up taking the hose out of his nose in the middle of the night, suffucating himself, just so he wouldnt have to suffer any more. You would rather see him live through that? Thats dispicable. If you want someone to suffer so bad, you are a horrible person. No better than Hitler. |
