| In order to diversify the labor market and provide an alternative to the current supercorporate stranglehold upon the labor market, we propose several adjustments to the management of our natural resources, as well as the return of a number of centralized functions to local levels of government, where the citizens may have a more direct influence. Also included are additional provisions to ensure fair public access to government-run facilities. Old value:: All public amenities are segregated.
Current: Segregation of any public amenity is banned.
Proposed: Government owned amenities are not segregated, private organisations are free to choose.

Old value:: The government may seize private property for vital government works.
Current: The government may not seize private property.
Proposed: The policy regarding eminent domain is left to local governments.

Proposed: Local governments are required to operate forestry agencies, which own and manage all forest land.

Old value:: Forests have strictly enforced protection. Felling is limited to fire breaks.
Current: Forests are protected. Logging is allowed by licence only.

Current: The matters of hunting and fishing are handled by local governments.

Current: There are no regulations on the ownership of private cars.
Proposed: Private cars are allowed, but people are encouraged to travel collective and tax incentives are provided for cars using environmentally friendly fuels.

Old value:: The ownership of wild animals as pets is banned.
Current: The government maintains a list of dangerous wild animals which may not be kept as pets; other wild animals may be kept as pets.
Proposed: Wild animals may be kept as pets; the owners of dangerous wild animals must take the necessary measures to ensure they can't escape.

| Message | We are indifferent toward article one... Fjck the environment. We should live for ourselves. And We actually believe that Article 2 need not be changed. In fact having one national agency would standardize quality control, and thus is a positive effect. We do not support Article 6, we do not believe that it needs to be changed. |

| Message | The LFF will not be present on the floor of the Convocation when this come to a debate. We fear that we may injure ourselves physically due to excessive laughter. Local governments .. with this much power? Why don't we just create separate countries from our prefectures right now? Private vehicles? How about we mandate compulsory country villas as well. The LFF considers this sorry mess "fantastic material for a stand up comedy routine." We will of course leave ambiguity over our voting intentions. |
