Message | NO The national government shoul provide local governments with funding to operate libraries. Cant just leave it up to the local government without support. And article 3 I dont agree with... Giving the Local Government to much power over things will distract them from main issues like Education and Security... And there own economy. Change those or I will change my vote to NO |
