| WHEREAS, the Government of the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika has become controlled by a military junta WHEREAS, the Government of the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika has come to oppress its people, denying even the most basic human rights RESOLVED, that the Armed Forces of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria & Gao-Soto are hereby authorized to enter the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika and take military action to overthrow the junta government and reestablish a democratic system. |

If you look over the history of Deltaria (OOC ; As found in the Wiki, which the Socialist Party apparantly never bothered to read ; he decided we would be a French Social Democracy and that was the end of the discussion) and the transcript of this discussion you will see the true state of Deltaria. http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=131571 As you can see, for three hundred years Deltaria has been a repressive nation, a poor nation, an agrarian nation. There has been little education, little mechanisation of agriculture, little progress, ethnic hatred and balkanisation. This has been unfortunate. Now, in a time when true progress can be made, a party made up of irresponsible and barely-educated idiots has broken our nation by rushing that progress. The shift from repressive balkanised feudalism to social democracy cannot be made overnight. They insisted that it could. They fed the peasantry with populist lies, and our economy now lies shattered. Our people are at each others throats, indulging in ethnic hatred and violence that has been held at bay for centuries only by the bayonet and the boot. Our people starve, our cities burn. We have been forced to allow the damned Mafia into our Government. All because of the Socialist Party and their irresponsible and murderous policies, paved with good intentions like the road to Hell. Our hands are tied. Slavery, state murder, torture, mass purges ; these are necessary to keep Deltaria from collapsing into a firestorm of looting, rape, mob violence and chaos. However, if Hustrian peacekeepers could be sent to work WITH the Junta Government, instead of against it, we could finally make inroads to democracy ; the extra manpower at hand would give us enough power to loosen our restrictive policies, and the slow and ardous journey to democracy could begin in proper. If you support us, you are supporting mass murder. This is true. We are mass murderers, and we will most likely burn in Hell for what we have done. Support us, you are supporting people who have committed hundreds of murders, and will commit thousands more. But if you support the Socialists who plunged us into this crisis to begin with, you are supporting people who murdered hundreds of thousands with the flick of a pen, and will murder millions more if given the chance. This is not an ideological battle between Socialists and Fascists. This is a battle between common sense ; those who understand the road to democracy is long and hard, and those who believe their ideology is a magical wand that can turn the poorest and most anarchic nation into a utopian paradise overnight. Think about what I have said. The people of Deltaria need you ; but the worst thing you can do for them is stand against us. We are admittedly violent killers, thugs and criminals, but we are their only hope for survival. |

| Message | We do sympathise with your intentions, truly. But if you think you will be hailed as liberators apon setting foot on Deltarian soil, you are sorely mistaken. The media might paint fanciful pictures of our enemies being righteous freedom-fighters bravely dying for democracy, but the reality is far grittier. Politically-motivated insurgents contribute to only a small fraction of the violence and civil unrest here ; more common is the desperate and hungry bandit, looter or rapist. Committing yourself to military action against us means committing Hustria to a decade or more of involvement, committing Deltaria to a decade or more of chaos and violence, and committing your nation's young boys to untimely death at the hands of patriot soldiers, and criminal scum alike.
