Message | Mr Speaker, The Diet should be structured to give a voice to the Church, Princes, Nobility, Armed Forces and other such groups, out of proportion to their mere numbers. If anything we should use the other algorithm to represent that our smaller Imperial Estates are over-represented. I yield the floor. |
