Message | Zebras may be all well and good, but some animals are quite dangerous and should only be handled by responsible parties. An able private individual should be allowed to keep animals, provided there is some kind of oversight to prevent a tragedy or even a deliberate misuse of an animal. |

Message | There is no need to seperate "normal" animals from "exotic" animals. A dog can be as vicious an animal as any "exotic" animal. Oversight of "exotic" animals should be no different from current animal control and protection procedures in place. |
