| WHEREAS, the Government of the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika has become controlled by a military junta WHEREAS, the Government of the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika has come to oppress its people, denying even the most basic human rights WHEREAS, the Government of the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika has authorized illegal actions against its neighboring nations, including the murder of opponents and nuclear attacks. RESOLVED, that the Armed Forces of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria & Gao-Soto are hereby authorized to enter the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika and take military action to overthrow the junta government and reestablish a democratic system. The Armed Forces of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria & Gao-Soto are also authorized to take part in joint military operations with the Armed Forces of the République Fédérée de Jelbania and its allies against the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika. The Navy of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria & Gao-Soto is also hereby authorized to blockade all ports in the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika, and prevent all commerce with the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika. |
