| WHEREAS, the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika has denied its citizens the most basic human rights, as guaranteed under international law WHEREAS, the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika has authorized the murder of opponents in exile in Jelbania WHEREAS, it has become necessary for the Government of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria & Gao-Soto to step in to stop these crimes against humanity RESOLVED, that the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria & Gao-Soto hereby orders the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika to return to democratic rule, abolish slavery and the slave trade, and make peace with all other nations by December 1, 2440. If the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika refuses to meet these demands, the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria and Gao-Soto shall take more action. A copy of the contents of this act are to be delivered to the Embassy of the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika in Kien. |
