| Message | It's not whether the local governments are able to decide if eating bugs is bad or good, but if they're willing to insure that proper pasteurization techniques are used and a certain level of cleanliness is kept. A national standard would make things much easier, and safer, for everyone. |

| Message | What if the water in one region is naturally cleaner than another? Then a standardized cleaning technique would waste resources on one areas water. That is why local governments are best equipped for this situation. |

| Message | Waste resources? If water is cleaner in one region, then it'd be easier to make it meet the standards and wouldn't waste as many resources. A standardized cleaning technique wouldn't be necessary, only a standard of cleanliness. |
