| Message | Heh, I couldn't tell if that was sarcasm So, I'll explain, with the possible deltaria invasion, this is wise. We had a small surplus, and then taking just a small amount away from everything else and putting it into defence, we nearly increased our defence budget by quite a bit. :D |

| Message | Not sarcasm, no. Actual enthusiasm. If you'll recall, back during the Solentia-Wantuni crisis we proposed a bill just like this. Which is the primary reason why there's 20-some-million in defense instead of 10-some-million. |
