Jakanian Environmental Act:
Proposed By: Liberal Democratic Party
Introduction Explanation:
This Resolution would commit the nation to binding law in regards to environmental standards nationwide.

Sectio I: Industrial Regulations

Article 1) The government maintains accurate and up-to-date levels of regulation on industrial communities in areas pertaining to environmental entities.

Article 2) Measurement of harmful materials and products of industrial communities are regulated and controlled by the government. Communities of industry breaching levels of safe emmissions and output levels are to be punished in orderly fashion by law (Section II).

Section II: Breach of Regulation

Article 1) If regulation is breached and set law by governmental standards is breached as well, the government will implement a punishment in regards to the level of illegality.

Article 2) The distribution and levels of punishment are to be set by the Judicial Ministry. The type of punishment is to be decided by the Judicial Ministry.

Section III: Travel and Public Community

Article 1) The government will issue subsidies to the amount of required currency on vehicals and forms of travel that offer cleaner and more environmental friendly forms of transportation.

Article 2) The government will issue subsidies on products that offer a decrease in the quantity and amount of energy and resources used in appliances and other such products proven to be environmentally friendly and safe.

Article 3) Communities are funded by the government to a reasonable extent to encourage recycling and reusage of critical materials.

Section IV: Scientific Regulation

Article 1) The Ministry of Science will be responsible for setting the environmental standards considered and recognized as safe and friendly.

Article 2) Levels will be set from the Ministry of Science in the ministry's respective findings and set standards.

Section V: Legality

Article 1) This Resolution requires a majority of the Supreme Council's vote.

Article 2) Every 20 years this Resolution must be sent for a revote to remain binding law.

Article 3) This Resolution will take effect when passed and will remain as binding law until the Resolution dies and expires and requires reintroduction into the Supreme Council.
