Message | The Accord des Nations Amicales has been a cornerstone of Kanjors Foreign Policy for many years. Over the course of those years it has helped expel the Solentians from Wantuni, and has been instrumental in keeping the peace Terra wide. The Constitutional changes seem to hearken back to the 23rd century when fascism was rife in Kanjor... |

Message | Ahhh yes the glorious 23rd century, |
Date | 11:17:23, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Partie Patriotique de Kanjor | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | Glorious????... We invite anyone who may be interested to checkout the legislation and events of that era they will soon see that the Kanjor of those days was repressive, undemocratic, imperialistic yet also strangely ineffective and in fact was regarded a sort of joke by most other nations. |

Message | Much as the PPK lead Kanjor has been regarded. We would like to inquire what exactly is authouritarian about our proposals. |
Date | 11:37:39, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Partie Patriotique de Kanjor | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | The names proposed are that used one of the regimes of that era and with the CEFL description of that time as 'glorious'...well it makes us wonder! |
Date | 11:42:50, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Union Pour une Nation Homosexuelle | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | The names were the anmes that The MPFP proposed in bringing down the empire and bringing back democracy, how very very authouritarian of them. |
Date | 11:47:10, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Partie Patriotique de Kanjor | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | ah yes, just like the current Deltarian 'democracy'! |
Date | 11:53:56, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Union Pour une Nation Homosexuelle | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | better fascism than socialism any day of the week. |
Date | 11:55:40, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Partie Patriotique de Kanjor | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | We are sure the PDC will be intererested to hear that! |
Date | 11:59:28, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Union Pour une Nation Homosexuelle | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | We believe that the idela government has elements from all sides. The PDC have shown themselves willing to disscuss and compromise, and have as such been valued partners for many years despite our ideological differences. It is odd to lable us a fascist party given that our attempts to give more civil liberties are repeatedly defeated. If you look at our political positioning; we can hardly be called authouritarian |
Date | 12:26:02, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Nouveau Jacobins | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | I support all the legislature, but I'm not particularly in favor of the superficial changes, I find them unnecessary. and uh, Fascism over Socialism aye? the PDC sees such decisions being made in the near future of Kanjor if the current state of affairs continues. |
Date | 12:27:11, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Partie Patriotique de Kanjor | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | We see what you mean about civil iliberties: after all your policy concerning adoption gives more liberty to prospective child molesters! |
Date | 12:29:06, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Nouveau Jacobins | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | also, we'd like to withdraw from any Free Trade agreement, but not from the Accord. PPK: and perhaps limiting adoptions restricts the liberty of perfectly capable parents. |
Date | 12:35:25, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Partie Patriotique de Kanjor | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | Yes, with adoption these rights can come into conflict but surely in this circumstance it is the rights of the child which should be paramount as adoption is primarily for there benefit. We do not believe that it is unreasonable for prospective adoptive parents to be in some way screened, as the proposal stands someone convicted of child molestation may adopt. |
Date | 12:37:21, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Union Pour une Nation Homosexuelle | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | We simply believe that the government has no right to put anyone rights above anothers. |
Date | 12:39:44, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Partie Patriotique de Kanjor | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | Does not the government have a duty to protect those who cannot protect themselves? |
Date | 12:48:17, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Union Pour une Nation Homosexuelle | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | Nope |
Date | 11:14:14, August 10, 2007 CET | From | Nouveau Jacobins | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | than perhaps I'm missing the point of government, then. Tell me, what exactly does a government do then? |
Date | 14:19:12, August 10, 2007 CET | From | Grand Order of Organized Native Sodality | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | We support Articles Five through Twelve. We will need to be convinced of the need for the others. |

Date | 02:45:17, August 11, 2007 CET | From | Union Hosienne-Démocrate (UHD) | To | Debating the Act of Reformation |
Message | This is terrible! Has the proposing Party thought at all of the implications of this Bill's proposals?? It seems the CEFL was foaming at the bit to change the very nature of the Confederation. Not only does this fly in the face of the traditions of Kanjor, which should be protected or else only gradually changed, but it also makes a mockery of government. Does the CEFL's Francophobia cloud its judgment? Why the changing of the capital?! Does its obsession with giving the people absolute "freedom" of choice deafen its ears to those it would be hurting? It seems the CEFL has spent so long thinking of how to implement its "permissive" program that it has not to think whether it should. We will not support this Bill under any circumstances. We will not support a change in the titles of the government in both the name of limited tradition and relevancy. Finally, we do not support such misguided interpretations of "freedom" and "liberty". |

Message | Tradition, all the titles and capital proposed predate the current ones, they are the true Kanjoran titles and capital |
