Details
Submitted by[?]: Capitalist Working Families
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2442
Description[?]:
This simple legislation: (1) Affirms the INALIENABLE RIGHT of the people of the Commonwealth of Rutania to fully exercise their Natural Human Right to "Keep & Bear Arms" and to legitimate SELF-defense; (2) (a) However, the legislation goes as to require that in order for a Citizen to purchase a firearm, he/she must be PROFESSIONALLY trained on how to properly use the said firearm; (b) The bill is amended to require that MANDATORY Trigger-Locks are installed on all firearms to prevent children from misusing their parents' guns; (c) The bill is amended to require that MANDATORY "Laser-Aims" are installed on all firearms so that a Law-abiding citizen acting in SELF-defense can choose to simply "disable a criminal" via the shooting in his/her leg instead of killing the person. (3) This bill upholds the Commonwealth's current ban on Assault Weapons. Thank you for your full support. |

Message | Professionally required doesn't mean professionally trained. It means required for the profession of that person. This bill outlaws guns for every citizen except cops, security guards, park rangers, etc... We prefer both previous positions on this issue. |
