| WHEREAS the standard of education in the Free Republic of Dorvik is regrettably low, AND WHEREAS chartered institutions, which operate schools in other jurisdictions, are prohibited from doing so here, AND WHEREAS a charter education is clearly better than no education at all, THUS BE IT RESOLVED, that local governments may choose to allow chartered institutions to operate schools in the Free Republic of Dorvik. |
