The DSP, feeling that certain military rules are not acceptable, and believing that certain technologies should be developed for military purposes proposes the following;


1. Weapons/guns export be allowed, but regulated and decided on a case by case basis.

2. The DSP, feeling that the only moral kind of warfare is the kind that leads to the lease loss of life and property possible suggests that the Sekowan military create and fund a stealth technology program ranging from RAM paint to embedded multiple camera/screen surfaces to even manipulating the electromagnetic spectrum to make the vehicle invisible.
