| WHEREAS, the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika has authorized the expulsion and murder of all Mormons inside its borders. WHEREAS, the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika will most likely murder these people unless we come to their assistance. RESOLVED, that the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria & Gao-Soto is to transport all Mormons living in the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika to refugee camps, to be set up in the Crownland of Mitrania, and is to reimburse the Stvrtý Deltárska Republika for all cost incurred upon them during this transportation. |

Their butting into Majataran affairs (which are best left well alone) has made enemies of our traditional Deltarian allies and apparently inspired the Holy Luthori Emperor to re-instate his claim over Hulstria. We have changed out minds and think they need to be taught a lesson for screwing up the foreign affairs of this nation. |
