This cut n' dry legislation simply affirms while on one hand, the Commonwealth of Rutania will VIGOROUSLY support Free Trade policies that encourage economic growth, it gives the nation to levy reciprocral tariffs and/or quotas ONLY on nations that do the same to us. In that circumstance, that nation is not "playing by the rules." Thank you for your full support. |

| Message | FYI, Vox Popularis, I submitted this bill b/c although it says that the "bill passed," the law had changed. Perhaps some voted the law out of power when we were not logged on. That is possible in this game if a bill simply gets more YES votes and everyone else abstains. Thank you. |
