Bill: Humpty Dumpty Act of 2442

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hutorian Anarcho-Communist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 2442

Description[?]:

We're going to put the government back together again. We are pushing forward a stronger government, one able to identify suspects of crimes and with the ability to actually track who votes for whom, since with the present system and no ID cards to verify, anyone can go to the next territory over and vote again, effectively gaining double votes if they pleased. This has lead to unfair elections and wardriving, the act of going from province to province, putting in multiple votes.

Furthermore, we push for representation, as some of us came from Adelia. As the smallest territory, the citizens here have taken to not voting entirely due to their votes being unequal to those of the larger provinces.
