Message | Well, one can think of various reasons. For example if there is rioting in a locality, then it may aid the local security forces efforts if a curfew is placed upon the local population, making it easier for the police to deal with troublemakers. If certain delinquents are operating in an area, in may help the local police if the local government is able to impose certain restrictions upon an individuals movements at certain hours of the day. |
