Lodamun should allow schools to decide thier own policies in regards to setting discipline levels, the national government should not have a say in the matter. |

Old value:: No forms of direct discipline are allowed.
Current: Teachers are forbidden from striking children and may only use non-contact discipline (detention, expulsion etc).
Proposed: Discipline levels are set by schools.
