Description[?]:

To the Esteemed Parties of The Republic of Malivia,

It is long past due that many of the laws concering the protection of Malivia be examined. Recently a group of concerned citizens posed an interesting scenario to me in regards to our national security. We all know that we live in different times with the threat of war, terrorism, narco-terrorism and suicide-attacks. We also live within a world in which nuclear, biological and chemical weaponry isn’t all tracked by an asset management system. This alone causes me grief!

This government’s current policy regarding the use of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons is nearly illogical. As the books state as of now, our military might is crippeld while we allow others to attack us-with no defense other than a second response! I’m sorry but, a second-response in the world in which we live simply does not sit well with me or the people of Malivia.

I pose a simple question to my esteemed collegues. If your neighbor Is preparing to launch a rocket at your house and you are able to walk over and knock the rocket over, would you? Of course you would. This is to imply that at our core preemptive strikes aren’t unjustified but, often neccesary in order to protect our national and geopolitical interests. I implore upon all members of the Paraliment to consider these proposals and vote not on behalf of yourselves but, the Malivian people. . .

MessageThis is perhaps the one place I must draw the line in terms of increasing the scope of our military. Malivia has nothing to gain from escalating a nuclear arms race.

MessageEscalating an arms race? I'd rather be in the race than standing at the starting line. I pose to those undecided, if you know your neighbor is about to launch a rocket; do you go knock it over? The notion of preemptive strikes with nuclear, chemical and biological weapons seems taboo but, we've been living by it from day one. No leader in their right mind wouldn't pull the trigger first if they knew they were about to be attacked. As the law stands, we MUST be attacked and innocent Malivians are slaughtered while we wait for protocol prior to action.

Message"As United Malivia has stated in the past, nuclear weapons can not be the dead man's trigger. We cannot simply launch them once Malivia is no more, that will not work. As such we completely agree with the Malivian National Unity Front, innocents do not need to die for us to use our arsenal of weapons."
