(b) All sovereign power in the nation is enlisted in the elected officials of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu. (c) (i) No foreign military of political persons shall ever be tolerated on the soil of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu unless explicitly granted permission by the government. (ii) A government of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu shall only be judged legitimate if the majority of it is formed of Jewish individuals. Article 2: (a) The Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu is a unified and unbreakable nation of five Mehoz comprising of Padrilka, Fruskila, Endlid, Tadraki and Quo'gün. (b) In accordance with Article 2 Section a The May 2311 Official Recognition of Pontesian Sovereignty over Jeztadraki (Tadraki and Endild) Bill is hereby deemed null and void. (c) In accordance with Article 2 Section all further claims of foreign powers to sovereignty over any land of the Jewish Homeland is hereby deemed null and void. Article 3: (a) The Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu is a Jewish state built on the cultural and religious history of the Jewish people. (b) The state religion of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu is and shall forever be Judaism. (c) The population of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu should always remain majority Jewish. Article 4: (a) (i) All Jewish individuals are hereby deemed free and independent citizens of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu. (i) In accordance with Article 4 Section a Subsection i, all Jewish persons currently enslaved are hereby given emancipation and freedom. |
