MessageHear me out before you judge my proposal, fellow parties:

1. These convicts and criminals who practice atrocities and despicable acts against country and mankind surely deserve to be punished for the many deaths they caused. If this is not carried out for the families of those they killed, then it is not justice.

2. While I agree with the fact that cruel and unusual punishment should never be allowed, I believe it is justifie if a known terrorist or war criminal is extradited to a country for capital punishment, as they would deserve such punishment.

3. Here, what if our regular police officers encounter situations where their enemies use lethal force, and they are left without a weapon to counter them? Are they to be left out to dry?

4. Sometimes it is justfied to toture and cause pain to one to save the lives of many. The ends justify the means.

MessageIt is never justified to take a life. You can argue all you like that it is "justice", but all it represents is sinking to the level of those you wish to punish. The New Conservative Party cannot support this Bill.

OOC: Not that a no-seat party matters, but eh.

MessageOOC: No-seat parties matter just as much as seated parties. The only way you can get seats is by voicing your opinion and voting.

"United Malivia is a strong believer that the state should be put before the persons, as such death is a price one should pay for causing death. The rehabilitation of criminals, especially those who have murdered is a practice that has gone on too long and has proven to be unsuccessful. We cannot allow more innocent Malivians to perish because of the ignorance of their government.

As such, when put to vote, United Malivia will vote yes for this bill."

MessageWe do not feel that our officers need to carry weapons with them where ever they go.
Nor do we feel that executing people in the name of the state is ever justified.
