Fellow politicians, This act maybe looks like a futility but also smaller matters have to be solved on their foundation. Internet is accessable to all who is in the possession of a computer. It has become an indispensable object for education, business, marketing and home use. So we as a government have to make sure it is easy to use and it is safe by all means. In order to control internet-contents from major dangers such as crime-organizations, child-porn, paedophilia and dangerous networks, our security authorities have to have the possibility in investigating it. The KP also wants to set up an agency that monitors internet contents - the ICPA (Internet Contents Protection Agency) So the people of Rildanor get the Internet they deserve, safe, clean and informative. note that : the ICPA will fully take the privacy act into account! Illigal activies: - Child porn - Child absure - Paedophilia - Human-trading networks - Criminal networks - Illigal file sharing (copyrighted music, movies and software) |
