Description[?]:

Fellow politicians,

This act maybe looks like a futility but also smaller matters have to be solved on their foundation.

Internet is accessable to all who is in the possession of a computer.
It has become an indispensable object for education, business, marketing and home use.

So we as a government have to make sure it is easy to use and it is safe by all means.

In order to control internet-contents from major dangers such as crime-organizations, child-porn, paedophilia and dangerous networks, our security authorities have to have the possibility in investigating it.

The KP also wants to set up an agency that monitors internet contents
- the ICPA (Internet Contents Protection Agency)
So the people of Rildanor get the Internet they deserve, safe, clean and informative.

note that : the ICPA will fully take the privacy act into account!

MessageI'm inclined to support this bill because I believe it's the most practical option available. But perhaps it would be useful to define a certain illegal activities so we have an idea of the bill's jurisdiction.

MessageI'm not sure about number 5. I'd rather call terrorist acts illegal, and allow all organizations to exist freely. I'll support the rest though.
