We would prefer that as a first step toward deregulation this become a matter left up to the Commonwealth governments, as we feel they are best suited to oversee a transition. We are confident that this bill will lessen the regulatory overhead of the government and let it get back to the important things like national defense and building some sort of orbital space station |
