Description[?]:
Considering that many illegal immigrants are by definition criminals, it is important to have a federal protocol for dealing with such lawbreakers. By residing in this nation illegally they exist invisible to government authority and have the potential to do anything from trafficking stolen goods to forming criminal organizations to commiting terrorist actions. This must be prevented at all costs. We must set a national and explicit policy to prevent criminals and subversive from creating an atmosphere of distrust and fear within our nation. We must enact the following reforms: 1) All illegal immigrants must immediately be expelled before they cause acts of harm within our nation. 2) All weapons legally owned must be carried openly to show criminals that we are a nation of tough patriots; we are not afraid of their criminal intentions. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
