This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | Again the KCP is willing to negotiate, we feel that it is constitutionally important that the ceremonial elected head of state gives his backing to any cabinet, we also feel it will demonstrate to the people that we are actually listening to them. We feel that sometimes this system of coalitions can work against democracy with parties effectvely deciding who governs not the actual people. |
