Message | This is a bill clarifying areas of our Health stance where this government is hazy and tightening regulations in areas we feel that more clarification is urgently needed. |
Date | 02:43:14, August 18, 2007 CET | From | National Liberty Party | To | Debating the Health Reform Bill |
Message | This bill doesn't do anything to clarify or tighten registration, it simply pawns off responsibility to local governments. The NLP believes that if a law is good enough to implement on a local level, it should be national law, with all citizens expected to act accordingly. Leaving issues like recreational drug use to local governments will just reinforce provincial, unmanageable, inconsistent, and contradictory policies. We agree that nutritional information listings are responsible and should be required. |
