| "I. We, the undersigned, condemn the government of Dranland, President Bell of Dranland, former President Tillerson of Dranland and Prime Minister Roslin of Dranland for the recent renewal of attempts to wipe out the Welsh race in their country. II. The signatories note and deplore the use of gas chambers in Dranland, the mass graves of massacred citizens and the "dissapearence" of Welsh-Dranians taken into police custody. III. This treaty condemns the government of Dranland for executing its own citizens with no charges or trials, even though executions are illegal for any reason in their country. IV. All trade between signatory states and the Republic of Dranland is hereby banned. Only medical and emergency goods may be exported to Dranland. V. The undersigned believe that action is neccessary in Dranland to protect the Welsh minority from genocide. VI. The foreign ministers and ministers of defence of ratifying states are requested to attend the forthcoming Dranland Peacekeeping Convention." |
