Message | Article #3 is ok. For the rest, I say the following: Now, we ALL agree that use of Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear weapons is an ABOMINATION b/c they can kill innocent civilians. Nevertheless, simply banning them by "law or treaty" will NOT eliminate them b/c ONLY Law-abiding Nations would comply. Criminals, Terrorists, and Nation-States that sponsor Terrorism will disavow the Treaties b/c they have no respect for the law in begin with. Therefore, if they use those weapons, we need the capability to DEFEND the sovereignty of our nation and people. |
