Message | Honorable Colleagues, We especially appreciate the question from our good friends from the Kommunist Party. We readily acknowledge the singular complexity of raising our Nation's children. And while we would not wish to see any form of discipline applied uniformly, we believe it possible that some of our young people may respond differently and more readily to varied forms of rearing. It would be unfortunate to bar such rearing which, when seldom and conscientiously applied, may potentially aid our young people's progress. If, however, our honorable colleagues believe such discipline to be unvaryingly detrimental, we will respectfully withdraw our vote. |

Message | We are willing to support this bill on a evaluation basis. But the problem is this: setting regulations up by local government gives us a difference in school policy's concerning discipline children, parents who might have problems with this will obtain to send their children to another school, maybe in another chantry, which could lead to problems. |
