Description[?]:
As a provisional Treatise compiled and authored by Emanuel Judge Theodorsion, in respect to the Decision of Three Star General, Gen. William Hornathew Buck, the Assembly wishes to Pass a motion of Elucidation in Proxy to the this Council's general Vessel, as in the Starry Heavens above. As such recent Military Involvement Preclude the Alignment of the Zodiac in a Demeanor Inauspicious to Long Term Military Consequence. Therefore it is of the highest priority to Per Chance establish a Less Mercurian approach to All Such Matters thereof and Allow for, With Great Recommendation and Persuasion, yet Solely under Unusual Duress to Henceforth allow for the Usage of Weapons that contain Chemicals and Living Chemicals, as Rocks and Rock Crabs, only smaller and Infinitely Deadly! (Translation: Due to our recent military involvement abroad, certain measures need to be taken to ensure our security in the distant future. Our involvement in foreign wars will inevitably create enemies for our nation, so considering the future, it is important to allow for the development of chemical and biological weapons for use in cases of extreme emergency.) |
