Message | "It's long past the time you break off from the reactionary Federal Independent Party, and pursue your politics in an "Independent" way..." François Hewington - Vice-President, Workers Party I am a proud member of the Federal Independent Party and until something is illy wrong in our politics and the people demonstrate to us that we are headed for the worst, I will remain a proud member of the Federal Independent Party. I am insulted that you would say something like this as you have no history of being within this nation as a registered party until now. You should weigh your words carefully as they have different responses. I question why you would call my party "reactionary", question how you would label us as this, and in turn offer you a question. What experience does your party have in working with us? How long have you been active as a registered party in this nation? What are your values? And what proof do you have to back up your statements? These statements should have something behind them. Do not label my party as something it is not. It has had its share of troubles and is having one now, but that is not uncommon. We are not perfect, and it would "obviously" seem that neither is your party, or at least the leadership running your party is far from it. Our party has a proven record, one that is appreciated and supported by the people. We have held the majority, the Supreme Presidency, and every seat of the cabinet at least once. And still, we remain one of the most crucial and effective parties in the nation. We like to work with everyone, but our policy is mainly against those who would wish to corrupt the Senate with anti-politically correct and bi-partisan words and actions. So far, your leadership has acted rather un-impressively. FIP Minority Leader Sherrod Brown (Liberal Coalition) |
