Details

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Description[?]:
We feel these changes are necessary in modern day Telamon. (please note that article 1 is what most modern western nations has irl, I have earlier encountered people who didnt realize this and called it totalitarian, basically it means that if serious riots or chaos step in will the military be allowed to assist the police to establish law and order - this need government approval though as a state of emergency has to be declared first). |

Message | Article 2 conflicts with the Military Big Stick Proposal which was recently passed and which you voted for. Explain yourself. |

Message | I think the Centre Party is a little confused. |

Message | Why on earth would we wait for someone to use a nuclear weapon before we use one? It's like Russian Roulette but we always have to go first. It is this kind of erratic behavior that makes it clear the Centre Party is not fit for leadership. |
Date | 23:00:48, August 22, 2007 CET | From | Telamonese Cultural Alliance | To | Debating the Military Reform Act 2445 |
Message | Article 2 is rancidly objectionable, as much as we like Article 1. |
Date | 23:48:11, August 22, 2007 CET | From | Conservative Party | To | Debating the Military Reform Act 2445 |
Message | It was a mistake when we voted for the earlier proposal, we cannot support random use of WMD... Nor can we accept a society standing still without doing anything in a state of emergency situation. |
Date | 23:48:57, August 22, 2007 CET | From | Conservative Party | To | Debating the Military Reform Act 2445 |
Message | Furthermore did we not discuss this as there is little to debate... And was fairly sure a majority already supported this. |
