This act will establish the following policy regarding immigration and naturalization: 1) All those who wish to live in Beluzia may do so, provide they maintain a permanent address and are able to support themselves. 2) Only those who are born in Beluzia, or those born to nationals abroad, become Beluzian nationals. 3) Citizenship is automatically granted to nationals only. This will allow free, unrestricted immigration into Beluzia. It will also mean that those who may identify themselves as Beluzian are born there (even if born to resident non-nationals) or born to Beluzian nationals abroad. |
