From | | To | Debating the Education | Message | The Draconic Party strongly agrees with the esteemed collegues of the KRP that the goverment should keep an eye on private intitutions of learning. If unattended, they may become breeding grounds for anty-social attitudes and below-standard education. |

From | Kirlawa Green Party | To | Debating the Education | Message | If you don't want people to be 'indoctrinated' as you put, why not abolish education all together then? |

From | Federalist Labour Party | To | Debating the Education | Message | You’re not looking at the entire situation. Which is better? People being free to chose what school they attend and what kind of curriculum their child will be subject to - thus being responsible for themselves? Or the majority government subsidizing schooling and demanding everyone including private schools to teach only one curriculum? Right now in the city where I live, I pay a massive amount of my income to the government and what do I get in return, what services do I benefit from? Mainly, only the police, yet I’m still paying roughly half of my income to the government - is that right, is that fair? Freedom is the main ingredient in social and economic betterment and innovation; if you force everyone to live, learn, talk and walk the same, they will, thus by supporting compulsory government education you are slowing innovation and demanding everyone to be of “one” mind and one world view. This legislation gives the majority government complete control over what and how the nation is “educated”. So again if the majority becomes Nazi, the nation has a serious problem of indoctrination. |

From | Kirlawa Green Party | To | Debating the Education | Message | By the way, if nazi's did have a majority in our country, there's not much we could do... |

From | Federalist Labour Party | To | Debating the Education | Message | Yes, there is - it's called limiting the power of the majority government over the nation. LIMIT MAJORITY RULE! Think of it as safety net. |

From | Federalist Labour Party | To | Debating the Education | Message | Well, if the majority lacks the power to "undo" everything they can't, legally. If the majority truly wants to force it’s will on everyone, they would have to take ILLEGAL action. WHY GIVE THE NAZI'S LEGAL PASSAGE TO RULE OVER EVERYONE? I think we should at least make it very difficult and attempt to safe guard ourselves. |

From | Kirlawa Green Party | To | Debating the Education | Message | You really think nazi's would be stopped by a few legal arguments? If they have the majority, they can alter all of our Laws, even those who limit majority rule... |

From | Federalist Labour Party | To | Debating the Education | Message | The "Nazi's" are merely examples. Take non-militant christians, thats a better example. |

From | Federalist Labour Party | To | Debating the Education | Message | And no I don't think the nazi's would have been stopped legally. If you had read what I said it clearly states: "I think we should at least make it very difficult and attempt to safe guard ourselves." |
