Message | Sure thing, go for it. Though we can't help but picture the Wild West, with people walking about brandishing six-shooters on their belt. |
Date | 20:34:40, August 23, 2007 CET | From | Feathercreek Ecological Partnership | To | Debating the Concealed Weapons Act |
Message | That's the harshest law on weapon concealment there is. There is no "Weapons should be left at home" choice. It's ambiguously worded, that's all. |
Date | 21:44:55, August 23, 2007 CET | From | People's Communist Party | To | Debating the Concealed Weapons Act |
Message | Looking at the statute books it seems that the laws on weapon concealment are some of the only devolved powers that Al'Badara's regions have. While the PSP is not against devolution per se, we are surprised that such relatively important regulations aren't centralised, so we will vote in favour. |

Message | Quite right; the only other thing left up to local governments is public nudity, and we're not sure of a good way to tackle that issue. |

Message | Legalize it. |

Message | You and I both know how the religious parties would respond to that. That bill would be pointless in the current situation. |
Date | 03:25:04, August 24, 2007 CET | From | Al'Badara Republican Party | To | Debating the Concealed Weapons Act |
Message | We don't believe in a CCW, we really don't believe in gun laws at all, except for police and the military. |

Message | "That bill would be pointless in the current situation." Bills that call for more Democracy are never pointless. When DN! first started nearly all it's bills were shot down. |
