Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

MessageNo, he does'nt.

Cabinet proposals need more than half the legislature to vote in favour.

Even after the three represented parties vote the bill will still be 2 votes under half.

The only way for it to pass would be if the SHCP voted in favour, and I'm thinking they wont since they are'nt represented.

MessageMagic, of course! And a little maths: there are currently 575 seats in the Apella, and half of that is 287.5. The number of MSAs (Members of the Sekowan Apella) that voted in favour of the CFP/AU/AUP cabinet is 298.
