Message | as much as we appreciate the novelty, most exotic animals require unusual artificial habitats to propser outwith their natural habitat. Very few people can afford such habitats, and those who can, can found their own zoos/wildlife parks. We respectfully must vote against this. |

Message | I would tell hium tht private citizens are not all0owed to own exotic animals under normal circumstances. But that if he cares to find a proper habitat, and get proper certification of his ability to care for the animals, he can be classified as a zoological institute and be allowed to keep them. |
