Messageas much as we appreciate the novelty, most exotic animals require unusual artificial habitats to propser outwith their natural habitat. Very few people can afford such habitats, and those who can, can found their own zoos/wildlife parks.

We respectfully must vote against this.

MessageSo if a constituant comes up to you and asks if he can buy a penguin, you're going to tell him to go buy a zoo? This is not a practical solution for even the extremely wealthy.

MessageI would tell hium tht private citizens are not all0owed to own exotic animals under normal circumstances. But that if he cares to find a proper habitat, and get proper certification of his ability to care for the animals, he can be classified as a zoological institute and be allowed to keep them.
