Description[?]:
We have an idea that focus on issues such as international stability, technology improvement and science projects will be better to overcome enviromental issues and will do it faster and more effective. We do not need these old views similar to enviromental dictatorship, we need to change our traditional views and challenge our ideas. Furthermore we need to accept that fundamentalist enviromentalism only keeps us in a state where problems is seen everywhere. Why not loosen up and think creative and innovative. On a more practical level we propose (in response to our promise from previous legislation: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=125008) to organise a Wild Animal Keeping Security Agency (WAKSA) to operate and control security together with servicing the people interested in and keeping wild animals. This body shall grant license and register the keeping of wild animals. WAKSA shall also operate field units to control the safety and the security of the keeping of wild animals together with making sure that the necessary meassures to ensure they can't escape and harm the general public is taken. WAKSA shall make a list on which wild animals is allowed under which circumstances together with which meassures must be taken regarding individual animals as well as the types of animals in general. WAKSA shall include a psychological unit who shall operate as the security field unit and control the psychological aspects of individual animals and whether further security is needed or whether a license shall be prolonged. We believe that with WAKSA it will be more controlled and also more safe to keep wild animals. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
