The PM believes that each citizen should be encouraged to take part in either the military or civilian service in order to be ready for future attacks in case we want to mobilize. The PM believes that forcing everyone to do civil service is wrong and that we should give the citizens the option to choose between civil service or military service. |

Message | In some neutral, peaceful, primarily socialist countries, this is a character building experience. It often helps them with higher education and they can socialize with more people in their age group. That said, Al'Badara is not one of those countries. I wouldn't be surprised if they joined the army just to be sent off to war the next day. |
