Furthermore, the PM believes that standardised testing is a method shown to be less effective in terms of actually finding out how the student has learned what he/she has studied. Practical testing of the skills that have been taught set out a perfect example to see whether the student is capable of handling a task or not. |

| Message | This is quite an odd one. Regulating private businesses and stifling creativity in the same bill? The former is a good idea, but the latter isn't our favorite. Either way the partnership votes on this, it will have to contradict itself. We will abstain from voting on this bill. |
