MessageWe are in total agreement with article 1.

Although, we think that a different redaction would be better for article 2:

"Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in all places of employment" instead of "Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, but is illegal in government-owned buildings".

If smoking is to be legal everywhere why should it remain illegal in the government-owned buildings?

We are for a law that despite not restricting any adult citizen's own right to decide upon whether he wants or not to smoke guarantees the safety of non-smokers from passive smoking in places of mandatory visit (such as places of employement).

MessageThe reason for banning smoking in Government buildings are that our employees should do their smoking on their breaks but more important is that you can not avoid hospitals, police stations and other government offices in the same way as clubs, cafés etc.

MessageThere are private hospitals, private schools, etc., in Darnussia. By passing your proposal it would be legal to smoke in a private hospital but illegal in a public one, for instance. It just does not make any sense. We call upon the Reform Party to review its bill if it wants us to vote yes.

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law.
