MessageWith a free market health care policy, rarely will people not be able to afford basic cover. Those that don't, due to our current economic policies, are so incompetent that they do not deserve proper health care, as they obviously don't care about themselves.
If there are extreme cases of genuinely disadvantaged poor, private charity, both personal and organized, will be available, due to the large rise in wealth of the general population since the state started liberalizing the system.
