| Considering there are now 8 parties the DSP feels it is time to increase the number of seats in the Apella. As our country's population grows so does the need for an expanded legislature to represent the people. Therefore we propose the legislature be increased form the current 599 seats to 750 seats. |

| Message | 599 is the most convenient number. The number of seats does not need to grow to accommodate more people. Instead, each representative can just have more constituents. It's not as if some extra 151 representatives will increase anyone's representation by a significant amount; there will still be some absurd ratio of population to seats. A representative democracy can never adequately represent the opinions of the populace. |
