| This is a proposal to dismantle our current nationalized chain of "sport clubs". Not only is this needless competition against private businesses (gyms, etc) but also against charitable instituions (YMCA,YWCA). We suggest that our wasteful spending on these sports clubs be stricken from the budget. |
