Article 1- The ban would mean that every person would be prohibited to smoke any substance or substances in any public places. The only exception would be in Private Homes and Clubs.

Article 2- People who didn't obey this law would be prosecuted, fined and would have this added to their criminal record. If the crime persisted, they may face a jail sentence or worse punishments.

MessageI feel a criminal record for non-compliance is a step too far; However this bill is supported in principle.

Procedural errors still remain however, so for the moment, this bill is opposed by the LPS
