MessageWhy should we give them away for free? Discounted, maybe, but a condom costs less than $1. Alot less.

Messagehmmm.. let's think about this: we can give away cheap condoms, or we can do expensive abortions. not really much of a problem, is there? i vote yes

MessageBut why give away the condoms? They cost less than... a lot of things! We should make them more available(I.E. put condom dispensers at pharmacies and public toilets), but not give them away.

MessageWouldn't free availability of contraceptives indirectly promote casual sex and adultery?

MessageUnlikely, since people will have sex regardless. We're just trying to make sure people have safe sex. I don't know many people who see a condom dispenser and get turned on...
